Event Staffing Q&A
How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure staff availability, especially during peak event seasons. However, we always do our best to accommodate last-minute
requests.
Do you provide staffing outside of New York?
Yes. We proudly serve Manhattan, Long Island, and New Jersey.
A transportation fee applies for locations outside Manhattan. For other areas, we’re happy to staff your event — additional travel or location fees may apply depending on distance.
What types of roles can you staff?
We provide a full range of professional event staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts, brand ambassadors, cleaning staff, kitchen assistants, housemen, and event captains.

What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the event date. We accept Zelle, credit card, or bank transfer for your convenience.
